



Join us for Spinning a Yarn and learn to make and repair with simple crochet stitches, while making new friends and learning tips and tricks for wellbeing and health.
Spinning a Yarn is suitable for adults with any level of crafting experience, even if you’ve never picked up a crochet hook in your life! Each week we’ll learn new techniques, and have time and space to talk about whatever is on our minds. Sessions will be run by Claire, a qualified Mental Health First Aider and crafter, and supported with information and tips to help you feel better.
